Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are supplemental product terms for TrackWrench, a product provided by Monttrek LLC. Use of the iOS application is also subject to Apple’s applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using TrackWrench, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What TrackWrench does
TrackWrench is an organizational and record-keeping utility for track-day sessions and vehicle setup history. It allows users to record information such as pressures, setup changes, notes, and manually entered lap results.
Personal and permitted use
You may use TrackWrench for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the app, attempt to extract or misuse its software, or use it in violation of applicable law or event rules.
TrackWrench Pro purchase
TrackWrench Pro is currently offered as a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase. It unlocks the applicable Pro functionality included in the app’s current offering. It is not a subscription, does not promise that every future feature will be included, and does not guarantee perpetual service availability.
User data
You are responsible for the accuracy, suitability, and backup of information you enter. TrackWrench stores core app data locally and does not provide a TrackWrench account or cloud backup service.
Motorsport and safety disclaimer
TrackWrench does not provide professional motorsport engineering advice, guarantee vehicle safety or mechanical suitability, determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive, guarantee lap-time improvement, or replace professional inspection, engineering judgment, manufacturer instructions, track rules, or driver judgment.
You remain responsible for vehicle setup and condition, safe operation, compliance with track and event rules, and deciding whether any setup change is appropriate.
No performance guarantee
Recorded information and comparisons are provided for organization and reference. TrackWrench does not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data or any performance outcome.
Intellectual property
TrackWrench, its software, visual design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide permission to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
The app and its functionality may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Updates may be required to continue using some functionality.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, TrackWrench is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TrackWrench and its provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Apple and App Store purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. Billing, refunds, and purchase administration are governed by Apple’s applicable App Store terms and policies.
Termination
Your permission to use TrackWrench ends if you materially violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable under Apple’s standard EULA and applicable consumer-protection rules. A more specific governing jurisdiction has not yet been supplied.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated as TrackWrench changes. The date above identifies the latest published version.
